I hate it when people say "Where is my coat at" "Where is the remote at" "Do you know where my shoes are at" UGH! Does this annoying anyone but me?

I took Latin in high school, but I can't seem to remember what to put to make this phrase: Damnant quod non intellegunt read "You condemn what you do not understand" instead of "They condemn what they do not understand". Your help is greatly appreciated, thank you.
