I hope you'll come back.

What's the difference, and in what context is each more appropriately used?

Thanks in advance.

Every newspaper headline, magazine article, billboard, and radio ad, that I see read or hear, is full of grammatical errors.
Incomplete sentences run rampant.
No-one seems to know the proper use of punctuation.
Even the notes, memos, and letters, sent home from school, have these errors.

What has happened, and how can we fix it?

I want to know what the Md "title" at the front of a male name actually represents in east Indian society/culture. Then what does it translate into in western/English/American culture.
(Please, no references to medical doctor abbreviation(s).)

Which of these two is correct:

cooperation between European universities
or
cooperation among European universities

I know there are more than two of them but somehow the "between" version sounds better to me. However, I am not a native speaker so I might be completely wrong.
Thanks a lot for your help.

I would like to learn Classical Hebrew and Ancient Greek, however I feel it is more beneficial to learn a language you can use to actually talk to people. If I were to learn their modern equivalents would a transition to their older counterparts be easy? I know that Old English and English are drastically different, I was just wondering how much these languages have evolved.

I am thinking about taking a language course after work. Now there are 3 options available @ the school near my home. They are Spanish, German, and Portuguese. Just wonder which one of the 3 do you think is more important nowadays concerning usefulness, and the possibility to help getting a better job.
