Yes, we do say this in a pejorative way and it would mean "a man with big testicles", but we use it to describe someone who is LAZY..... just that. And it can also be applied to women, mind you: "Mary es una huevona"........ that means Mary is really lazy.
You can also say "QUÉ HUEVA" when doing something in particular -- or just thinking about it -- makes you feel really annoyed, bored or lazy and not willing to do it.....

Huevon means "asshole" in Argentina, in Mexico means a lazy person.
Be careful in which country you use that word.
