For Valentine's Day, my Spanish teacher thought it would be absolutely great if we read a sappy poem in front of the entire school. We each have to write a line, and here's my line:
"Love is to remember your friends and to cherish them, no matter how far apart you may be."
The thing is, I don't know how to translate this. Is this gramatically correct?
"Amor es a remembrar sus amigos y apreciarlos, aunque usted puede lejos aparte."
I'm not sure about the last part of the sentence. Can someone help me please?
