Эй! Я знаю те двух девочек. Это - Елена и Лаба! (Ej! Ya znayu te dvuh devochek. Eto - Yelena i Laba!).

But it would be preferred to say "they are" instead of "that is", since "that" refers to an inanimate object. So:

Эй! Я знаю те двух девочек. Они - Елена и Лаба! (Ej! Ya znayu te dvuh devochek. Oni - Yelena i Laba!).

The two aswers given above are good attempts but unfortunately they contain errors in spelling and grammar.

I suggest:
"Эй, я знаю тех двух красавиц! Это Елена и Люба!"
(Hey, ya znayu teh dvyh krasavits! Eto Yelena i Lyuba!"

"Eto" meaning "That is" can refer perfectly well BOTH to animate and inanimate objects.
