I'm Peruvian and yeah there are other countries that don't only speak Spanish, In Peru, in the east, people from the mountains speak a different language and in Bolivia the same, and these languages don't have anything similar to the Spanish, I think is mostly like that in some countries, maybe because those languages were the true languages before the Spanish Colon came to conquer these countries.
Plus every country has like their own slangs so it's hard to understand some people because sometimes we don't know what they are saying.

English is spoken in Belize. And there are a few countries in the northern part of South America that speak English or French. I think they are Guyana, Suriname and French Guiana. And don't forget all the islands in the Caribbean. There are too many to name and they speak a variety of languages.

Can we define the "Americas" as including the Caribbean? If so, then you gotta add Haiti, the Bahamas, US Virgin Islands and the Cayman Islands. If we're talking only the main continent itself, well, umm...USA, Canada, Brazil...that's about it.
