Instead of a book, try some british movies or tv shows and listen to the way they talk.

For learning English grammar and vocabulary, there are a multitude of different books out there. No single one is best - people learn differently and you just have to find one that fits you.

As for the accent, try to tune into BBC or other British news, if you have a shortwave radio or TV that can get UK news.

It would be very difficult to learn from a book.... it's written the same as american english. You would need to HEAR the pronunciation and HEAR the accent to begin to imitate it.

you dont learn accents by reading ,you must watch films and videos ,

plenty of English courses on the net .take the BBC ones they are very brittish and the accent is posh
