somebody said this and i was wandering wat it means. i have a feeling it is perverted.

It's not grammatically correct. Literally translated it says "You I have a cat in my pants" ... but if it said "Tu tienes un gato en los pantalones" then it would mean "You have a cat in your pants."

You might want to put a leash on that thing :)

It doesn't really make sense -

Literally, it means

tu (you)
tengo (I have)
un gato (a cat)
en (in)
los pantalones (the trousers/pants)

tengo un gato en los pantalones = I have a cat in my trousers

tú tienes un gato en los pantalones = you have a cat in your trousers
