I have only met my Dad once in my life about a year ago. Do I just send him a card for fathers day or do i also get a gift?

-Sold in Texas & Oklahoma only
-Its in a foriegn language (Not French) and only has a few words on it(less than 20)
-Comes in a set for Him/Her
-2 Styles only and you wear it..........HELP ME PLEASE

if not then i would be avril lavigne or the dead cheerleader that hot topic sells every year... they dont have it on their website at the moment

2 any other ideas? i like costumes that r just a teeeeeeeeeeny bit funny but still hot

Ive grown in a family that parties till morning on christmas eve, the kids go to bed and the adults stay up drinking, dances, chatting, whatever all night. Americans(mostly caucasians) go to bed early on christmas eve and wake up early on christmas day and eat,chit chat a little and thats all. is it the culture differences?

I was thinking about writng my dad a letter saying how great he is and how much I appreciate him. I am doing this because I don't have a lot of money at the moment, and neither does my dad. I will turn 41 in July and I'd rather just spend it at home with a home cooked meal. I don't want a cake, cards, presents or a song. At my ripe old age I can buy just about anything I really want anyway. I think after the big 40 people shouldn't expect a big party till they are 50, 60, 70, 80. You know, every ten years. But once you hit 80 you should have a party every year. By then the birthdays will be a blessing.
