WE GIVE iou;s for gifts when were short on money. you can call the favor in anytime you want to like free babysitting,cleaning the car, a free ride somewhere ,you can make it out for anything that you think might be fun, but when the person wants it you have to do it no backing out!

What I would suggest doing is going to a cheap store getting candles make him a nice candle light dinner put some slow jam music on, get him a card or a shirt or something nice like that. Not knowing your mountary situations they have cheap jewerly at some strore Im pretty sure you can find a nice watch for about under $30.

Sounds like our situation all the time! LOL. On my birthday, my kids make me breakfast in bed. My husband cooks dinner, and cleans up afterwards. Basically, I get a day off from being "mom", and I love it!

Why not make him a cake and some ice cream?Men love cake and ice cream.Then a card would be nice,maybe with some IOU's,like a wife could owe her hubby?Just a thought,but he would go for it.

make him a nice romantic dinner.followed by the nasty.. or make a scavenger hunt around your house that will have a nice message for him a t the end... that would be fun...

bake a cake, have a nice romantic supper with his favorite dish(and candles!!) and then maybe --->the nasty? lol
and if you have kids, get them to decorate the cake and help with supper, then send them off to bed!
