Fiance wants this gift for birthday. Can you help me?

These are the hints that she gave me:
-Sold in Texas & Oklahoma only
-Its in a foriegn language (Not French) and only has a few words on it(less than 20)
-Comes in a set for Him/Her
-2 Styles only and you wear it..........HELP ME PLEASE

Here is one clue that might help - the language is probably SPANISH.
