tickets to a game that I got my man for christmas? I was thinking about putting them in a pocket of a team sweatshirt or getting some team playing cards and put them sticking out. It's going to be his big christmas gift but I want it hidden in a cheaper gift so he really freaks out.

I am looking for a christmas ornament that has a hawaiian doll bride and groom on it. Bonus if it says OUR FIRST CHRISTMAS MARRIED. I am NOT looking for an ornament that says first christmas together (we have already celebrated christmas together but this is our first one married )!

Hi, My brother in law is from England and something he misses is Christmas traditions, there are these little what I call poppers that you can get, that they do over there, like things we have here, it is like a toilet paper roll stuffed with toys and candy, surprises, you pull a string and they pop open.. They give to each other at Christmas, does anyone know what they are called over there and where I might be able to find them so I can give them to him for X- Mas this year, bringing England to him.. Why do people get so uptight over things that they have control over yet feel they don't?

Christmas is only as commercial as you make it. It's very easy to have Christmas without the commercialism if that's what you want. People do it every year.

Another example is that no one is holding a gun to your head saying you cannot say "Merry Christmas" instead of "Happy Holidays".

None of these folks who make these so-called "rules" have any power over you other than what you allow them.

My dad is a Packer's fan, but isn't really big into Packer's clothing.
He doesn't work on cars (or have any interest) and works inside an office all day.
He is 45 years old, and I was wondering if any dads out there have aany clue on what they would want or suggest.
For the past few years he hasn't given us a list, so he's been getting crap presents from me and my brothers.
We want to get him at least something decent.
Is there anybody out there that has any suggestions?
