If my husband's office did that, I'd like a gift card to a restaurant worth about $50, a movie certificate worth another $20, and maybe a gift card to Target or Wal-mart for the additional $70 to do some Christmas shopping with. That way, me and my husband would just need to get a baby sitter for the day, and we'd be able to get shopping done, go to dinner, then relax and see a movie. ;)

I just adore gourmet baskets filled with foods that people will actually eat. I always give at least 2 people food baskets every holiday season.

You can do a theme..like Italian. Fill the basket with pasta and different sauces, roasted peppers and olive oil and maybe even a bread dipping set.

If you have a World Market in your area, they have a fantastic assortment of gourmet and imported goodies, wines and beers. Candy....Jelly Bellies, Chocolate covered Macadamia nuts, Godiva chocolates, etc. Mini bottles of maple syrup, salsa, and other imported condiments. One serving bottles of wine or cider, a six pack of imported beers, chips and crackers from other countries etc. You could throw in some hand painted mugs or glasses, place mats, candles. One trip around the store should give you tons of ideas. They even sell the baskets!
