My family is coming down for Thanksgiving and this is my first time cooking the dinner! I did like most people and I just waited around for the food to finish, then get's to digging! I have an 11 pound turkey and I need to know the best way to defrost it? U known the day I need to start and how? I also need to know what's a good poultry seasoning? I would ask my family but the names they give me don't exist in Kansas! So I will ask the great world of Yahoo Q&A!

I won't have time to make anything the night before thanksgiving because me and my husband will be driving to our families house, (we both also have to work the day before Thanksgiving) is there anything delicious i can make Tuesday that will stay yummy and i can travel with for 4 hours Wednesday night? new cook here? recipes?

Me and my fiance are getting married AND having a baby in February. Of course, he says that he doesn't want anything, and we ALWAYS go out together and do things, but I want to actually get him something now. He is 20 and I just can't think of anything to get him. He enjoys computers and things like that, but he only plays certain games, so I want to stay away from things like that. I am so stumped... PLEASE HELP!!! Thanks!

Before i start this is so complicated!!
