Santa Claus is a variation of a Dutch folk tale based on the historical figure Saint Nicholas, a bishop from the Myra in Asia Minor (contemporary Turkey), who used his whole inheritance to assist the needy, the sick, and the suffering.
Saint Nicolas lived in 4th century Myra in the Byzantine Empire's Lycia, the modern day Demre in the Antalya province of Turkey.
So Santa is roughly 1,700 years old.

He is actually only 29 as many people are not aware his father used to do the job, but was arrested for an incident with a reindeer several years ago. I dont know what the offence was but it involved a red nose.
Santa's son took on the duty at the age of 24 and has now developed the skills passed onto him by his father
ladies might like to note that the current sant is single and spends most of his time during the quiet months searching for a girl who has been very good to take as a wife
The dowenside with being santas wife is you will start off as quite attractive and soon turn into a jolly fat woman
Any takers?
