Hispanics in the US have essentially adopted the holiday and it is certainly OK to include them.

what kind of person are you? i take it, you are one of those uptight white people, who only speak and interact with one another! Therefore, you would never be caught interacting or for that matter, relating to Hispanics in the first place! What planet were you born on...don't you know that Hispanic do in fact celebrate Thanksgiving and that YES IT IS CALLED THE SAME THING IN "HISPANIC" LANGUAGE. How on earth could you be working in HR if you are so clueless? If I knew you in person, I would ask how in the world did you even get hired working for HR? Why would they hire someone as arrogant and ridiculous as you? And by the way, one this so called board of yours, you should write "What are you thankful for this Thanksgiving Holiday? P.S. ONLY ANSWER IF YOU ARE WHITE & IF NOT KEEP MOVING...THIS HOLIDAY IS ONLY FOR US...SO BACK OFF." You seriously need to grow up. I hope that the people you work for, read this and find out just how clueless you really are. Oh, and by the way, obviously your answer to this question will be one of the following: "I am thankful for being RACIST, CLUELESS, RIDICIOUS, IMMATURE, IMMORAL, PREJUDICE, STEREOTYPICAL, but most of all for being WHITE."

i'm getting so tired of people always afraid there going to "offend" someone, so what if one of them was offended, are you just going to act like Thanksgiving doesn't exist? Then if i worked for you I would be offend because you didn't even recognize one of our nations greatest holidays! They won't give a crap!

Thanksgiving is an American holiday. By all means include them if you'd like them to join in.
