On a can of Braq's rootbeer, is says: "Famous olde tyme rootbeer." It also states the rootbeer was made in 1896 so did they commonly use it back then? And way is "Tyme" spelled with a "y"? This stuff baffles me.

When I visit my boyfriend's parents house, his mother never leaves the kitchen whether she's cooking or not. His father never leaves his chair in front of the big screen television in the living room, one room over from the kitchen. His mother tries to hold a conversation with the father by literally yelling/screaming from room to room to the father, and the father (barely interested) replies by screaming back. I've heard his father say that they shouldn't communicate from different rooms, but the mother continues to do it. It gives me a headache and I find it classless above all. Did Emily Post or anyone ever say anything about doing this? Do you think it shows classlessness?

There are so many dumb people in America it makes my head hurt. And chances are, this is probably directed at you. Not a pessimist, just a realist.

There is a guy who always sits next to me (the next chair is some distance from me) in school and burps all of the time, so loud that it is disgusting. I do not think that it is a medical condition, because he does not do it if some one else is around. He only does it when I'm alone and he is sitting there. Why is he disrespecting me? I don't even know his name!

I had a big fight with his sister and his mother who have been nothing but a pain to me since i married him, so i finnally decided to tell them off,coz all they did was disrespect me, talk sarcastically to me,and say anything that will obviously hurt my feelings....
as a result his sister threatened me that "i will pay and regret with my life for telling her and her mother off".....
well my husband says its my problem and he doesnt want to be involved with that.

I was on my way to the local skatepark, when this one guy tried to grab me. When I yelled "STOP" and "HELP ME" no one looked twice. When I yelled "FIRE" everyone looked up and asked "Whats on fire?" "Is it my house?" I reported the guy and he got arrested but Im still rattled over what I had to do to get someone to even think twice about it. What are your thoughts?

PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR AGE

If you were at a fair or something, and there was a chance to do this for charity, would you be willing to do it?
Would you be willing to get your feet locked in wooden stocks, have your shoes and socks pulled off, get peanut butter spread all over the soles of your barefeet, and have a goat come over and lick the peanut butter off the soles of your barefeet?

So, would you do it?
Why or why not?
The best answer will get 10 points.
Thanks.

If someone mispronounces your name or gets a fact wrong and someone else corrects them, the first person gets all mad. Save the drama. You were wrong!
