I have to write a paper for my Psychology class. The assignment is to interview someone 65 or older, and ask these questions:

How do you feel about your age?
How do young people treat you?
Is there anything you miss that you used to be able to do and now are unable to do?

I hope these questions are not too personal. I am not fortunate enough to have someone 65 or older in my family to interview, so I am looking to you for help. Serious, honest answers only, please. Thank you so very much! :o)

I have been emailing some people and things are going well, then suddenly YA won't send them. So if I am not answering any of your emails, that's why. I do, but get a failure notice.

make you worry for your children and grandchildren? I think about what kind of world have I brought my children into and what will it be like for my grandchildren when they are my age.I had such a free and easy life when I was a kid and so did my children until the past few years. It's scary.

Having the gvmt force us into one kind of retirement plan is not only the antithesis of freedom, but it also forces us to take risks with our money that we normally wouldn't.

Don't you agree that retirement planing should be the job of the individual and not the job of the gvmt?

Don't you think you could do better with planning your retirement if you did it yourself?

Do many of you like to do that? I'm going to lie out in my yard for a couple of hours, too lazy to go to the pool. It's still hot enough here to tan up to 6:00 pm or later. How about where you live?

He assures me that I am the one for him, thou I am a few years older than him.

WASHINGTON - An investigation by federal and state regulators of "free lunch" investment seminars aimed at seniors has found high-pressure sales pitches masquerading as educational sessions, pervasive misleading claims for unsuitable financial products, and even fraud.

Much of the blame goes to investment firms for failing to properly supervise their employees who put on the seminars for seniors, according to the report of the investigation being made public Monday. By law, the sales pitches made at the seminars and the materials provided to participants must be approved by a brokerage or investment firm's supervisors

Or do you need some kind of noise other than nature around you most or all of the time? I used to be that way, but have found that since I'm getting older I enjoy comparative quiet. (not that children playing, a baby crying,or a dog barking bother me, because I enjoy hearing them) Opinions, please, and thanks.
