It's a tie between "pain and suffering", or 'poverty'. I guess the
first might be the more important. Or maybe I'd have to flip a
coin on the two.
Or maybe I could just say, wipe out all 'misery', and that
would definately cover it all, wouldn't it?

that's a tough one
not sure if i could narrow it down to 1 thing
depends on which part of the world

i just can't narrow it down, but the 2 that would affect all of the world and probably do the most good would have to be:

hate because of ignorance such as racism, hating people with AIDS etc

healthcare problems - all people are entitled to adequate healthcare if that were available, then there wouldn't be who knows how many people dying every day because of AIDS, hunger, and who knows how many other diseases

Malnutrition. Many illnesses could be snuffed with the proper diet and exercise.

If everyone had the necessary food, if anyone felt a need to fight for what someone else has, it wouldn't be for food, it would be for other possessions.

We will never have Utopia, but there should be no excuse for malnutrition.
