a good idea of not..?
I personally think its a GREAT idea who knows how many guns or drugs are being kept down there , and its just not appropriate , AND if they ONLY knew How STUPID they look trying to hold up there pants and walk .......I actually doubt there will be any law made against it cause there now calling it a "black youth " thing so to do anything would be ohh "racist".....so I'll just keep pointing and laughing untill the fade` is over ~!

Im so sick of hearing my brothers and sisters say that white people are only perscuiting vick because he is black. What he did is wrong and he deserves all that he gets. When the country was going nuts about Bill Clinton having an affair I didnt hear any white people call that racists! Liberals might of said that it was a party issue. I guarentee that if Clinton was black the same people would be saying the same old crap. That it is racism and if he was white we would not be going to this extreme. Yes racism exists in this country but what VICK did derseves punishment and it is not because race! What are your thoughts!!!!!???

I personally believe that a man who committs domestic violence against a woman can not be cured; Regardless if he graduated from a Domestic Violence Class. Unfortunately, my wife disagrees. My wife's ex husband is a, "Jerk", and has been physically abusive against her, before me, in the past. The court issued a restraining order against him for 3 years and now it's about to expire this November; They also share a son together that he so happens to acquire after the violence. He did everything he could to make her life a living hell when she had her son; Thus she gave up. I suggested that the restraining order be extended and if this could not be at least a new one reinstated. My wife disagrees because she feels it would be a strain on the relationship between her and her son; thus reprisal from the ex husband. In retrospect this has caused a strain on our marriage...

Just wondering how one explains affirmative action to a child, when throughout childhood, we teach them that skin color doesn't matter.

My husband's great-grandmother was full Cherokee, but no one in the family really knows anything about the culture. I want our sons to learn about this part of their heritage and to gain a respect for the Cherokee people. What is the best way to learn more? We live a few hours from Cherokee, NC and I would love to go and talk to the locals, but I don't want to seem intrusive or even offensive because of our ignorance of the Cherokee culture.

I read this news on my yahoo page, what do you think of the law trying to be passed and do you think it should be used in every city? It is not a racist issue because thousands of young people white, chicano, asian and black have adopted this style considered hip hop culture or gangster style ect.
Read it and let me know your views on it.
And don't hate!

In my opinion...racism today is not any better than 10 years ago, will we ever "just get along" ? all the racism questions on here seem to receive the same kind of answers. should we just shut up about it?

The NAACP says he's being treated unfairly. WAH! I don't care who he is, or how good he plays sports, he's a monster who has no regard for innocent animals and condones the torture of animals for financial gain. As much money he has made in football, there's no excuse for what he did!

I chose not to have children, so I had a vasectomy very young. Myself and others that have done the same, are frequently verbally attacked by our Catholic dominated co-workers. Sometimes we are called gay (usually by Hispanic men).

Calling us gay not only attacks those of us whom are “Childfree”, but they have also attacked the gay community. So they are attacking two, unconnected groups. It must be an insult to a gay person to have the term used to describe a straight person in a negative way.

A few gays have chosen to make negative comments to us “Childfree”. They say things, “Well, I can’t have children, would would you straight people give up the biological right?”. It seems that the “Childfree” just can’t win.

The only people that agree with us are those whom regret having kids. They are the ones that will, when not in public, say, “You made the right choice”. The same people will never support us openly in public.

As a black man, I notice white men in their 40 and up speaks to me like I'm an idiot. When I open my mouth, I let him have it. "Your barking up the wrong tree, buddy. I know more than you think I do". After an nice knowledgable conversation, I noticed that white people are extremely intrested in the mental process of urban african americans. I enjoyed my white counterparts, we are so much alike, its sickening. Thank you Emancipation Proclamation, Dr. King, The Bible, and others that let me know I am not what people make me out to be.

What your story?

Real Talk, no racism here. If you are not into the Bible or GOD, express your view but do not attack.
