Today a female co-worker came to work and later I heard others making fun of her because she had a large stain on the back of her outfit. I believe she was on her period and it had came through her pad. Any advice on how to approach someone when this happens?

Mexico has given the world a vibrant culture, beautiful woman and great tasting foods. However, Mexicans in the U.S. particulary, expect others to speak Spanish so they don't have have to. Most don't even care about becoming citizens. They raise their kids to be loyal only to Mexico. Yet, they make people feel that you are in their country. Could it be because Mexico borders the U.S. and they can always go back or they feel the U.S. owes them for talking their land and giving them peanuts for it. What do you think?

This guy asked why black people feel the need to come to St.Pat.'s day events when they have MLK day. I simply said... "why dont you go up to all the black people there and ask them", and I got a violation warning!?? Are people on this site really THAT sensitive? Yikes...lol....

Anyone know if they are of Celtic Ancestry in England, i dont mean Wales or Scotland , im saying in England, because i heard some people can still trace their Heritage back to thousand of years, it cant be al English people are of Anglo-Saxon origin, you can tell a bit Difference from Germans and English one some ways.

Well I'm just sick and tired of some, futunately not all americans have no idea how other countires really are, for example: Not all africa is ugly and full diseases, not all mexicans are here illegally, not all LATINOS are mexicans!
