Everyone is going to choose their own society as the most intelligent and the society they know least about as the least intelligent. So not really a fair question and it encourages racism

These are not societies, neither are they cultures. They are a bigoted grouping of people based on appearance. You could just as well group them as tall people, short people, red haired people, blonde people, blue eyed people and brown eyed people. It would be equally meaningless.

You could try reading about other societies around the world, widening you understanding of the human race (not races). You never know, you might lose your racist attitudes along the way. At least you would be a better educated racist.
