Why do people on welfare an immigrants think they are owed something?

Why are they so entitled? When will they begin to start taking responsibility for their actions, instead of draining honest tax paying Americans??

All they want is people to feel sorry for them, but most of the citizen show no remorse or empathy towards them.

I'm just waiting for the effects of the NCLB act really come into play and there will be a huge uprise of people needing government aid because the government and schools gave up on them when they were still kids.
