I'm white and I would chose to be black. I have many black friends and being so, would help to understand them on an even deeper level. Also, with maintaining the experience as a white person, I could maybe be more effective in race relations than others and perhaps promote greater harmony (cheesy, I know, but it's how I feel).

i'm mixed-race black and white...i guess this question is assuming that one would still live in america, just as a different race. i think in that case i'd like to be asian. preferably chinese or japanese. maybe east indian.

Well if I had to. I would go from White to Australian. It wouldnt bother to be mixed white and black though since they are usually the best looking people out there.
