Today a female co-worker came to work and later I heard others making fun of her because she had a large stain on the back of her outfit. I believe she was on her period and it had came through her pad. Any advice on how to approach someone when this happens?

I would have another female co-worker pull her aside to point that out because depending on the person she may take offense to you pointing it out.

Tell her she sat in something and she might want to take a look. That way you seem like a guy ignorant to the reality, this will help quell her embarassment.

Don't make her laugh, there could be a bloodbath...... Honestly, I would tell a female co-worker (if one was around) to inform her. I would probably ambarrass her if I told her.

be the adult person at your job and tell her, but tell her off to the side so she wont be embarrassed...she will be thankful...shame on your coworkers for laughing and making fun of her
