Many BabyBoomers now are in uppermanagement, they got there not because of merit or talent, but because of the following:
1. time served, seniority bases of promotion, not talent
2. they operate under the good old boys network to protect their hide
3. they don't know how to relate to non-whites, in fact they can't look into an asian guys eyes when talking to him
4. they are not "internationally" cultured
5. they look at porn and have extra-marital affairs
6. they were once hippies, and flower children, and spoiled rotten selffish egomaniacs
7. they are very common and typical of the people who spend time watching sports and having a beer belly
8. they are not intelligent, and spend time on the most stupid things
