An Uncle Tom is a Black person who tends to lean towards the ways of the White person. Uncle Tom's are Black people who don't like other Black people. They like white people and act white.

It usually refers to a black man who sucks up to white people, according to other people of his race. Comes from the book/movie Uncle Toms' Cabin.
