Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender - November 2007

People look down on me because I think they can tell I'm different. Some of them call me "fag" but I've never told anyone I'm gay except online. How can they tell?

I'm not gay, just a slightly effeminate, artsy, sensitive guy.
All my life, I've been trying hard to stay out of the way of the expectations of bloke culture, because it bores me.
I hate sports, I don't know what's on the news, and I prefer tea, cats, wine, and a quiet evening at home with candles, possibly including some yoga and a hot bath.

And I just had an idea: What if I started telling people I was gay? Would they finally let me do what I like, and not try to entice me to go fishing with them or have beers with the other blokes while some rugby game is on?

I'd just like to be myself without having to explain all the time. What do you think, would that be an option? I live in a country where being gay would be considered all right.

I'm a teenage guy in highschool and there's a 13 year old boy I know who's been acting unusual around me. For a while, he's been coming up to me, poking me, tripping me, pulling pranks on me, bumping into me and telling me random, stupid jokes about movies, tv shows, sex and other random things. He would act like just a normal immature kid his age most of the time, until once he came up to me and asked me if I masturbated, then if I've ever orgasmed before. At first, I laughed it off and figured it was a joke. I thought this at first, but then he asked me two more times later. Afterwards, he's tried taking subtle gropes at my back, pelvis and chest, and I can't tell if he's 'feeling' me or if they're just accidents that I'm being too concious about. Is this kid gay? Is it just a phase? Is he just curious? Does he have some kind of crush on me? How can I tell? What should I do about it? Am I just freaking out about nothing? What should I do?

I'm doing a research paper on Homosexuals and Nazi's.... the negative impact of the Nazi's on homosexuals. How it was for homosexuals before hitler, during and after...

Right now, i am going with "Homosexuals are more masculine than Nazi's".... does that sound okay for a 300 level class in a University? If not, what do you recommend? I have my sources (Gad Beck and Pierre Seel's books)....

Two years ago I fell for my friend who is straight. We are really good friends, and I really value his friendship. So I tried to block him out of my life. I came up with silly excuses to avoid being around him too much. We go to the same college and majoring in the same field. So we usually ended up in the same classes. But then I started to schedule my classes to avoid him. Slowly it felt like the feelings were going away. Now we are both seniors in college and have ended up in the same classes and sometimes end up spending time together, studying or just hanging out. Today we were talking and all I wanted was to kiss him. I fear my feelings for him might be coming back. He knows I am gay and I know he is straight. But I keep falling for the same guy. I thought I had gotten over the fact that our friendship will ever be more than what it is now but I guess I was only fooling myself. What can I do to get rid of these feelings? I am tempted to avoid him again and cut him out of my life.

I am in High School and I am gay and I am out too...but..Every openly gay guy in my school hangs out in this little group and they all call me ugly and worthless and totally undesirable...No I am not OK becuase everytime I ask out a gay guy out they call me ugly and tell me to die..HAve you seen a pic of me???I do not look like a hot porn star???Who in heck wold want me if all the other gays out there just want to be with a hot porn star???

Since when was there a rule written that I should be on the receiving end of sexual pleasure?, Why doesnt she get it?, The oldschool role playing crap is way over-rated and truly twisted. I am growing tired of not being able to express my love freely without feeling like I am being intrusive. We have been together a little over 3 years and I have been trying to approach this issue delicately, but she has no interest in being on the receiving end. Any suggestions?

I am not encouraging racial hatred, but why is it wrong to speak out about not liking Great Britain being invaded by thousands of these islamic fanatics. If I was to go and live in another country I would expect to have to live by their laws and not force them to change them to suit me! I am sick and tired of hearing that British people have had to stop wearing a cruifix in case it offends Muhammad and his clans. I even heard of a hamburger stall being told to move because it was next to a mosque! C'mon get real! Its time this country got tough! Come and live in the Uk if you can provide skills and leave your muslim ways behind you! ok my ex-girlfriend called me up cuz she was moving in a few days she sounded upset on the phone and she's been trying to break me and my girlfriend up anyway she sounded really upset and i dont know why but she asked me to come over so i did (god im so stupid) anyway so i went over to see whats was wrong anyway we started talking and she tells me that she's sorry for trying to break me and my gf up so later she gives me somthing to drink and its that cherry limade stuff which i really like anyway i didnt know she spiked it and she got me trashed and as soon as i passed out she ****** me while i was passout on her couch and now i feel like a total whore and ive been cutting to and now i dont know what to do help please!!!!

I have a friend who says he is bisexual. However, after discussing it with him, it seems its not really a question of either/or. Its seems he really wants both at the same time in a 3some. Is this actually bisexuality or is there a different term for this. I'm well aware that labels do nor define a person, yada- yada-yada. I'm just wondering if this something that deserves its own word.

being jailed? Here we go again, shot themselves right in the foot. I was listening to two, so called Islamic experts on radio 2 the other day and even they couldnt agree with each other. How are we meant to understand such a complex religion (or so it seems) if the experts cant get it wrong.
Pull of of all Muslim countries until they can be a bit more hospitable.
