ok my ex-girlfriend called me up cuz she was moving in a few days she sounded upset on the phone and she's been trying to break me and my girlfriend up anyway she sounded really upset and i dont know why but she asked me to come over so i did (god im so stupid) anyway so i went over to see whats was wrong anyway we started talking and she tells me that she's sorry for trying to break me and my gf up so later she gives me somthing to drink and its that cherry limade stuff which i really like anyway i didnt know she spiked it and she got me trashed and as soon as i passed out she ****** me while i was passout on her couch and now i feel like a total whore and ive been cutting to and now i dont know what to do help please!!!!

the first thing you need to do is report her to the police thats rape and she needs to be punished for it
and about the cutting things are hard right now so dont expect to just stop so i wouldnt try i would just do it as little as possible till things get better then you really need to try and stop cutting, maybe you should try some alternatives

first, report her to the cops get her tossed in jail maybe add in a restraining order just to make her look like a freak (that'll make her feel like sh*t too), and second, this is obviously having a huge emotional impact on you, dont resort to cutting, when you feel all that emotion and you get the urge to cut, go to your girlfriend (the one ur with now, who's not crazy im assuming), go to her and tell her about it and tell her you really need her support, now more than ever. if this doesnt work or you feel that you can't do that, then you need to go to a therapist, honestly, i dont care what anyone says, therapists, psychologists to be specific, rock. they r awesome, really they can help you so much more than you'd ever imagine. so...yeah, go to ur gf or a psychologist for support, and report ur crazy ex, i really hope you start feeln better, no one deserves to feel like you do right now.

well you fell right into her little game, but she really took advantage of you.
first of all, she drugged and raped you. that's the bottom line. that is wrong and illegal. so you do what you have to do to handle that part.
never go behind your partner's back to see an ex even if it is innocent.
tell the truth and it will be her choice to forgive you or not.
now there is no way that cutting is going to help this situation. take responsibility for your actions and what another person has done to you but don't play the game with the ex.

yea, i aggree with the first guy a bit there, maybe she will learn that you just plain arent intirested anymore if you do...seriously hunny, first she tries to get between us and now you and your gf, its her 2nd strike hunny, and it just got even more personal.

Definitely call the cops and tell them you were raped. If nothing else tell them she sexually assaulted you. She needs to face consequences for what she did or she might do it again. It is not your fault that this happened, you went over there out of kindness. Please don't be afraid of what your girl friend might think because it isn't your fault. You are the victim, and it is time you got your justice. Please talk to a councilor or therapist about the cutting because the problems will still be there when they heal.

i think u shuld call the cops but i think ur kind of full of drama ppl who cut r jus looking for attention and it shows especially if u broadcast it on the internet believe me ive been down the same road and all it gets u is a fat hospital bill so if ur not gonna call the cops then get some counseling and move on bcus there is nuthin ne1 on here can do for u but feed into the already negative attention u crave so much also wat sara said grow up

try and learn from mistakes like these . if your girlfriend rejects you now , its not because you betrayed her , but because she interpreted the events in a wrong way . so dont be too hard on yourself . dont cut yourself again .

Why don't you just tell her how much you hate her for violating your friendship and you and that you never want to see her again and that you are going to report her to the police for the violation she did, and do report her, she took advantage of you by slipping a micky in your drink.

For starters try using punctuations, like periods and comma's. Second you need to report her to the police, this is rape, and if you let her get away with it, she will not stop!
