Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender - November 2007

I mean no offense. As a somewhat southern and protestant individual I don't understand and am curious. I am looking for an answer from someone who fits that bill, please no insults or disrespect.

It seems to me that basic Christian scripture openly and clearly condemns homosexuality as a sin and as an abomination to God.
1 Corinthians 6:9-10
Leviticus 18:22
Leviticus 20:13
Romans 1:24-32

So how can you be both? In light of the scriptures, how can it be okay to be both homosexual and Christian? Any enlightenment would be appreciated.

Ok so im 16 and im a bisexual [I like guys more than girls]
I have this thing that when straight guys stare at me I get all into them like I always worry how I look when im around them
I mean idk how to explain but... Why do straight guys look at me alot? lol There are some straight guys that stare at me
Sometimes I think every guy is gay. Then I get all inlove with them but there straight. So I just don't ge it why they stare at me
What should I do to know they really are bi or gay?
I mean why do they stare at me like that?

I have been with my girlfriend for 6 years. We would love to get married one day. I just don't understand why people want to prevent us from doing it. We are both students right now.. she is going to become a english professor and I am in a Pre-Med program and hope to become a doctor. We are intelligent and respectful people and don't judge others. I just wish I could understand why people hate me for me just being who I am. I always think of this saying,"Will god punish me for loving, or you for hating?"

I know that only I can figure this out, but I just want some other people's opinions...
I have always felt 'different' from everyone else. Like anything a 'normal' person would do, I would do the opposite. I never really was attracted to guys, when I felt like I had to be, I picked a guy in my class who everyone thought was gay (he was also my best guy friend). I have had guys really mess up my head before, so maybe that's why I am feeling this way? I have felt like I could be a lesbian last year, but over the summer I sort of forgot about it. Then I re-found the bad t.A.T.u. all all those old questions came back. It doesn't help any that my friend says they are brainwashing me to feel like this. The only crushes I have had on guys, have been gay guys except for one cleb. I have never had a boyfriend or a girlfriend, so I don't know! I am just scaired and confused. I know everyone my age goes though this, but still. Please help! Thanks.

My friend recently came out as a transsexual and stated her desire to become a girl. I am totally ok with this and want to support her. I know that one of her biggest desires to be 'one of the girls at work'

We work in a small office and only the 2 of us will be in on Thursday. I wanted to surprise her by giving her a female make-over and fulfilling her need to be one of the office girls.

Do you think this is a good idea?

What should I buy for her to dress in - she is always admiring other girls in smart outfits especially skirts . She also moans at me wearing 40 denier black opaque tights telling me 60 denier black opaques are far softer and sexier. I am thinking necessary underwear, white blouse, black skirt, 60 denier black opaque tights and black heels?

Does my idea sould good or am i pushing her too soon?

I know I'm a little too old to be asking something like this, but help me. I'm 24-year-old and lives with my parents. I feel if I could come out to my mom, then I would be able to come out to just about anyone.

Would this be a good starting point: "Mom, do you think it's weird that I haven't had a girlfriend before?"

Some of you guys would say my mom likely already knows that I'm gay. if so, how come she keeps talking about how I would get married (and to which girl) and have kids in the future?

I am a 20 old kenyan male uniersity student. I do commerce and in my first semester. I cannot study and now I think I have to drop out and commit suicide. Being queer is hard here. It should not disturb me but it is, I don't know why. I have tried to commit suicide before by drugging myself and putting a charcoal burner in my room(you die in your sleep) but the room was too big to die.We are poor and my only solution may be to study abroad. If someone knows a good way for suicide tell me if you cannot help.
