Why wouldn't a prostitute work on christmas? Lots of people have to work on christmas, cops, drug dealers, gas station employees, pilots, soldiers, tv and radio people, bus drivers, doctors.

Who cares if you think it's bad? What wisdom do you have to qualify you to say what other people do with their lives? Why do you care what other people do? How about you stop being so judgmental in this time of good will and think about how you can improve yourself as your gift to the world?

Jerk.

Not everyone believes in the Christmas holiday, its sad that you don't understand the meaning and significance of the Christmas holiday. Prostitution is sad all year long because it means people are so lonely that they must pay for a sexual partner or they have such poor self esteem that they would let someone give them money for sexual activities. Sad all year, not just Christmas.

Why did you feel the need to ask such a question in the GLBT section? To answer your question (which I can't believe I'm actually doing) they have to work too. Nobody is proud to be a prostitute and if they didn't need the money bad enough they wouldn't be doing it. It's not about Christmas to them, it's about paying their bills and keeping a roof over their head. I'm not condoning prostitution because I think it's dangerous, but then again, who am I to tell someone what to do with their body? It's not my decision and I don't know their situations. Being a prostitute is nobody's fairytale happy ending. Nobody aspires to that either. Nobody is a kid going "I want to be a hooker!".

Yes and I feel sorry for them because they should be having a good time with their families and not have to work. Just remember do not judge prostitutes rather judge their customers because if there were no customers there will be no prostitutes ..... most of these men and women are forced by circumstances to become prostitutes and I have to utmost empathy for them ..... so it is so sad but yes they do have to work

Not everyone celebrates Christmas. And some people have to work on Christmas. Yes even prostitutes. They have to earn money to eat too. Life goes on, no matter what the holiday.

Not everyone celebrates Christmas, so I imagine at least some prostitutes work on December 25th.

Why is this question in this section...?

And they may or may not work on Christmas. I don't know. Go ask a prostitute.

LMAO, your question made me laugh for some reason. I'm sure they do...gotta get they money, I don't think they care if it's a holiday or not, and not all people celebrate or care about Christmas.
