FTMs who are on prescribed testosterone get erections, regardless of their surgical status. What was once the clitoris grows significantly and becomes effectively a penis.

There are many surgical options available; some simply enhance the existing penis by freeing it from the labial folds, while others construct a more normal-sized (but less capable of erection) penis. None of these can ejaculate, though. And the person who said Viagra would help is wrong... Viagra is of no use to those born with XX equipment.

It makes you a perfectly normal person with a fetish for cross dressers and pre-op trans women. Yup, lots stay pre-op because they are afraid of surgery or can't afford the hefty price tag. Not quite willing in all scenarios, but perfectly functional.

Yup! It can happen. Maybe not as easily, but it's all just about blood flow. The clitoris becomes erect when aroused, our bodies do the same thing, men and women, just with different parts... It just might take a little longer as there is a little more to fill up than there was before ;)

Non-trans men get penile erections and ejaculate from their testicles and prostates. Women get clitoral erections and can ejaculate from their Skene's glands.

If both sexes get erections and ejaculate why wouldn't someone moving between the two?

No not naturally. An erection can be achieved through the method of pumps and pills (ex. Viagra).

EDIT: The poster above me has given you false information. No they can't ejaculate.

Yes. Everything functions the same way it does for a "natural" male. You can even ejaculate, in some instances.
