Ok, I came home last week after my first year of university let out and it took me a few days to unpack. My mom was helping me one day and apparently when I wasn't looking, tucked a few notes a fellow female friend had written me while I was staying in dorms. A few days afterward, she was really moody and irritable, which she sometimes gets, but this was worse... I was totally astounded when she asked me straight out, if I was gay.
I did a double take and then frowned, knowing she must have read something or maybe heard something from someone (we live in a small town [under 10,000 ppl]). And I totally denied it, flat out. But it made me feel like crap because I know I did and still do have feelings for her and other females in general (but I like males as well, as I am bisexual). I denied being gay... but it still made me feel horrible. She added that if I was my dad would 'blow his head off'.. :(
Now, knowing how my family would react, should I totally fess up or keep quiet?
