On a designated nude beach sex is frowned upon and it is illegal in the U.S. If you are on a remote that maybe nude beach do what you want. but be discreet.
I seen people making love at 2 nude beachs but they were in the St. Martin at orient bay on a floating platform and Cuperary beach (sp ?) at orient bay they were far enough off shore that nobody cared and at cuper... beach at nite...
Most nudists are not into that type of exposure myself would not make love on crowded public nude beach More than 15 people around you within 1 mile distance, but if a discreet nude beach presents itself without alot of others within a mile then I would make love outdoors in broad daylight

Unless it's privately owned - and you own it or are a guest of the owner - then no. Public nudity is allowed on a nude beach (obviously.) But until they rename it a "sex beach," that's about it.

Depends on the beach
some beaches allow it, and some don't
well when I say allow, they don't make a big deal of it as long as .....well lets not go there =]

Absolutely not. Nude beaches are not about sex, they are about being nude.

I'd say it depends on the nude beach, but usually no, it's indecent exposure I think.
It may be called something else, but it is generally a criminal act.

You already know the answer. You're not allowed to pee in public, either. Or take a crap on the beach sand. There are designated areas for it. Use them.

No. This is illegal, and it actually endangers the beach from allowing nudity for future users. Please get a room and respect others who don't equate nudity with sexuality.
Being naked is quite enjoyable in appropriate places. Sex is also enjoyable in appropriate places.... but the places are not always the same!!!

Sexual activity in public is illegal, no matter where you are. The nude beach is no exception.
