Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender - December 2006

Youd think I would know how a girl's mind works, being as I'm one myself, but I'm so confused right now. I emailed this girl from school right, and I thought we hit it off quite well bc it only took her a day to reply. She was polite, answered my questions, and even complimented me. After that, I wrote back the next day...still casual, but I asked a few more questions to get to know her better. They werent personal or anything but I definitely tried to sound like I was interested in her.

Here's the thing: she hasn't replied in almost a week. Did I miss something here? I thought she was interested too by the way she replied. Was she maybe turned off by how fast I replied back, or is she just playing games with me, trying to get me to chase? Bc I would, I think she may be worth it. I thought she wouldve replied by now. So what's going on in her mind? I never thought it would be so hard to figure out what a girl is thinking. Should I email her again? Thanks in advance!

There's this girl in my english class who i just met this semester, and i hardly know her. I haven't talked to her *that* much, but she's on my facebook and ocassionally i say hi to her or something. Since I hardly know her, I found it odd when a friend of hers told me that she had mentioned me....Why would she mention me to a friend if we hardly know each other? Plus, I sometimes catch her looking at me in class. I am very confused, and this is really bothering me. She seems to be a very conservative person and her facebook says she's straight, but I sometimes feel like there's something going on. I know it's not a black and white situation, but I am a straight girl and I have a bf, and it really bothers me that she keeps coming to my mind.

i'm currently maltriculated in a university and i was placed with a room mate who i suspect is homosexual. first off, i have no problems with the gay and lesbian community, but i have my suspicions about my room mate and possibly his desires concerning myself. late at night i have been awoken by him just staring at me, which i find very strange. we have gotten drunk a few times and he constantly touches me and my friends in a "gropping" fashion. he never really talks about girls also. do you think this is typical homosexual behavior or is my room mate just "too" friendly and strange.

I'm bi. First of all, she's known i've loved her, 3 years and going, yet I don't know if she still knows.. and no, this has nothing to do with how she looks, what she wears, or anything EXCEPT that she is such amazing person with the most beautiful personality i've ever seen.. I have been casual dating and talking to this guy for a little over seven months, we have fun, we go out to clubs,drink, have public outings,etc. with one another but due to the fact that I have a health condition..he has a problem with it to where he doesn't want to be my boyfriend. I heard over a radio news segement that Carrie Underwood said she would never sing at a gay event because its against her religion. I searched online to see if she said this but got no where...so if someone could clear this up that would be great.

P.S. When the radio news announcer said that Carrie Underwood would never sing at a gay event, another DJ said "she did...the who season of American Idol." LOL

We have been on and off for three years. We made our mistakes and we both moved on. I love her with all my heart and I would do nothing to hurt her. This last time we broke up for about three months and she began a relationship with someone else. But i could not let her go. Some things happened and they broke up.
