The truth is that the answer to your question is yes some people do find and will find your attraction offensive. However anyone can take offense to almost anything. I suppose the real question is "should"anyone find this offensive. I think it is clear that although someone may take offense they shouldn't. I think it is very nice of you to worry about offending others, but in this case I think it would be foolish to base your actions(or lack there of) on the possibility that you may offend someone; especially when they have no right(morally speaking) to be offended anyhow. So please do what you think is right and don't let the possibility of offending someone stop you from being truly happy. Good luck, I hope this was a help to you.

I don't find that having an interest in a certain type of person or even there culture offensive, but the depiction of possible negative characteristics about a culture that I find I would find offensive. Now in regard to white women and black men, until I became more mature in my thinking I found it somewhat hurtful. But than I realized that you can not pick who you fall for and me being a black lesbian, who am I to judge?!

I have a friend that is into hip hop dance and does step shows -most of the people there are black but not all. I sometimes go to watch her. One time a white girl got on stage during the step show and said she loves black culture and dance and everyone cheered...then she said she wishes she was black and everyone was stone silent.
I'm not sure what this means exactly but it was an interesting phenomenon to me and that might be the kind of thing your friends are talking about.
I'd say be who you are and do what you enjoy...don't worry what people of any color think.

i became into thinking the comparable element. I even have the actual features of a black lady and that i'm loud in specific circumstances yet i'm no longer ghetto. It in specific circumstances sounds like in case you're no longer a ghetto black lady or a white lady white men do no longer observe something approximately you. i wish somebody solutions this question. with the aid of the way any individual who purely says they observe does no longer mean something considering you may say race would not remember persons are too superficial to accomplish that and tutor it.

It does not offend me at all, I am more attracted to white women. I think it is natural to have a preference of some sort. I think ones preference changes your environment, and experiences. Everything from your community to the type of porn you've seen can affect your preference

I am a black man attracted to white men way more then i am attracted to black men. I know some people who say something is wrong with that. I know a number of people who won't date outside their race. I don't care i like who i like and you should feel the same. We can't help who we are attracted to but we can have fun with it.

I don't think so at all. I'm not typically attracted to people who are outside of my race... but it's something I can't help and I don't think there is anything wrong with that. I'm pretty sure a whole lot of people (most probably) have some preference based on race.

Don't worry about offending someone. The type of person who would be offended by your liking Black men is a person who's opinion is irrelevant. If you are attracted to Black men, thats who you are, you have no need to try to become somebody you aren't to please other people. I have friends in bi-racial relationships, they are fine people who are happy together. Live as you want to.

I don't find it offensive. I feel that way too sometimes because I am more so attracted to tall, white men. But you do what makes you happy and not be so concerned with what others feel.
