I'm bi. First of all, she's known i've loved her, 3 years and going, yet I don't know if she still knows.. and no, this has nothing to do with how she looks, what she wears, or anything EXCEPT that she is such amazing person with the most beautiful personality i've ever seen.. I act like she is my best friend, so how can I tell that she knows I love her? What should I do? What do I say? I just can't express any of my emotions for her, then I just bring myself down.

It's not like I want to get with her, I just want a way to tell her

woops, I mean that when I first started loving her, she knew, but I don't know if she still thinks I love her in that way. I think she thinks of me as a best friend, but I'm not sure..

The but she is straight...tells alot...if she has known for 3 years she has had ample time to show certain feelings to you. You have had 3 years too...do not waste another minute or moment in time. Just tell her...you may be surprised to hear her say...."why did you not tell me this before?" she may be very flattered and appreciate your honesty. I am straight..i know I would. We spend far too much time thinking and analyzing.... the truth is best. Rehearse what you will say. Be confident as you sound like a genuine person. But do not be hurt or disappointed if she does not feel the same for you. Actually you will feel down if she does not feel the same...if you don't want to get with her(i don't believe that...nor do you) then it should be easier to say those things without a motive. you go girl!!!

Okay, I think I can relate, so allow me to give you this scenario from my life.
I was in love with a girl, and she was and still is, straight. Love is love, but after a while, it just confuses them and sends them into this limbo where they just don't know where they stand. They may try dating a guy, while they're still with you, just to assure themselves they are still straight, even if they have no plans to get it on with the guy. So that leaves 2 broken hearts, you and the guy.
It creates a lot of problems between you two, problems that should not even be a problem in the first place... And if you realy love each other, one day you're gonna end up as best friends again.
But please, don't let me spare you anything, because you'll never know she likes you until you try. There is no one-size-fits-all mold for this scenario.
If you like a girl, just just tell her. In a slow, non-aggressive, subtle, girly fashion. They're straight 90% of the time, so it's a pretty good lesson in handling rejection. Have fun, and just enjoy the ride! ;)

Tell her how much you admire her personality. Tell her how much you appreciate the things she does to brighten your day, the fun times you have together, how she makes you laugh, etc. Reminisce of the good times. Then say that you love her so much that you ALMOST wish she were gay or bi. I say almost because you don't want to scare her off - I don't know what kind of person she is. Anyway, I think that would be a safe thing to say. :)

I've been in your friends position. And I decided to ignore the situation, like your friend. She probably still knows and by ignoring it she's indicating a lack of interest. Sorry.

I know you want to tell her, but you'll make it awkward between you two and then there's not even a chance at friendship. It's still your choice though.

.....if she's you're friend she not gong to stop being your friend just because you have expressed you're feelings....you should do nothing but keep being her friend because she's not gay....youre actions towards her lets her know you still care for her....but thats it man.... just be glad she still there for you and maybe you need to be around other females for awhile....

there's nothing wrong with telling somebody that you love them. just be ready with their reaction, and accept it.
