I love this man to death, and Yes he is a gay man. We live together, and he is so good to me. I love him with everything I am. He is in a relationship with another man who stays at our house every now and then. (which I cant tolerate). Anyways, the other night, he and i almost had sex! I was scared so I stopped it but I really want him! I tells me he loves me, we kiss all the time, hold hands in public, people ask us how long we been together, and he tells them the length we lived together. Im confused. He says that he gay and I believe him. I really want him to let me love him! Why is it so hard? I need advice! Can a woman turn a gay man straight? or Is he just covering up the fact that hes gay, by using me?

Martin Luther King gets his memorial on the National Mall. They say his dream has come true, but true equality is still squashed by President Bush and others. When we get true equality who will they allow us gays to put a statue of?

Should I let my friend move into my house with me and my ex fiance...yes, we are still living together...We have been having threesomes for a year and recently he told me he is infatuated with my friend. I am feeling very insecure about all 3 of us living in the same house now because I feel that this could complicate the relationship I am trying to have with him again. I don't want this to turn into a three way relationship. I have told both of them this and they said it won't be a problem. They have told me it's just sex, but if it is going to be in front of all of us all the time I think it may be a little difficult for something to not happen. Am I being selfish? I want everyone to be happy, but in their own separate way...I feel like it would be very easy for this situation to casually over time bring all of us closer to having a three way relationship. I can't handle that emotionally, but at the same time I want my ex happy too. I am so confused!

I am a Pre-Op, somewhat genderqueer Female-to-Male Transsexual. I live as male, but in a camp and feminine manner, and because of that no-one takes me seriously.

Why is life so difficult without a penis!?

I have friend who is dating a trasgender female. She was once a man but is now a woman. She told my friend. Some of my other friends are saying that it's like our friend is gay. I on the other hand don't think that this makes him gay. He's dating someone who couldn't take living life as a man knowing they truly wanted to be a woman. As least she told him and didn't keep it from him and I applaud her for that.

Dear Abby,
A couple of women moved in across the hall from me. One is
a middle-aged gym teacher and the other is a social worker
in her mid-twenties. These two women go everywhere
together and I've never seen a man go into their apartment
or come out. Do you think they could be Lebanese?

Hey...it's about as intelligent as some of the jokers that come here, might as well have fun...what's your opinion?

Does it work? Im talking about couples counseling & individualized counseling. I've never been big on the whole Shrink idea because to me they're people who get paid hundreds per hr to listen to me talk & then make their own opinions on my life. I can call my mother up for free for that!!! But my girlfriend thinks it may be a good idea for sum issues we r having & im willing to do anything for our relationship. Any thoughts & maybe referrals for any Counselors/Therapists in the Oakland/San Francisco area???

I understand how the pink triangle and the rainbow flag became associated with gays, but not the history of the letter lambda.

How did that come to symbolise gay people?

I'm not trying to offend anyone here.

I have an acquaintance, who I had always known to be straight, that now considers himself bi-sexual. He has been abusing heroin and ecstacy of late and this change in his sexual preference seems to be a result of his constant drug abuse.

Is there any correlation between his drug abuse and his newfound bisexuality? It all seems very sudden and strange for his demeanor. he is making advance towards his long-time friends, and several feel that his drug use maybe the cause.

I have no problem with this person leading their life as they deem fit, but am concerned about the drug use.

Sorry to have offended, if that is the case....it was not my intent.

Hi, I am a lesbian and a teacher. I am completely closeted at work. In the staff room there are always lots of comments that are negative and anti-gay - out of ignorance and fear I think, not hate. For example, the other day one of my colleagues had a student call another student a "faggy girl." My colleague told him that it isn't an insult to call a guy a girl, that there is nothing wrong with being a girl. Good right? Then he added "gay on the other hand..." and laughed!! I don't want to out myself and make my life harder, any other suggestions as to what I can do to make my workplace a better spot? Please, some of you are hatefilled, I already know that, so there is no need to post things telling me to change my "choice" or stop teaching your kids. Only serious responses please.

According to several sources, Beyonce and Eva are making a movie about a lesbian love affair. Supposedly its going to be very graphically. What are your opinions. Personally, I would prefer two real lesbians than these talentless attention whores. But I'm sure this will be the movie of the year for most straight guys

I met a girl when I was 16 and since then I have been crazy in love with her should I tell her?
We lost contact after high school and now 10 years later we are talking again. She however is in a relationship and I just got out of a 2 year relationship. Its great talking to her again I just don't know if I should share with her how I feel in fear it may ruin a great friendship.

I'm wondering about all the ex-lovers that come out of the woodwork to rake in the cash on the back of reality TV contestants (like Big Brother and I'm a Celebrity, etc.)

What goes through these peoples' minds when they sign that contract? Do they think only of the cheque or the life/lives they may be ruining by telling?
