lez pres....doubt that will happen unless all straight people here lose the majority or just die off. and I don't see either happening in the next 500 yrs.

I have no preference as to gender, sexual orientation, race, or any other superficial category when it comes to who is president.

I *do* care that the president is honest, law-abiding, courageous, hard-working, intelligent, and tolerant. In other words, the complete opposite of the current president :) Whoever has those qualities, I will vote for -- no matter what else they are.

gender doesn't matter, as long as they can do the job. However, we would run into some problems with things like diplomatic relations due to other countries still not recognizing women in authority. What the future holds, who knows.

It would definitley be different!

As long as the person is honest and loyal, strong and has integrity, I don't care what color, gender, orientation, etc., he/she is.

Hey, didn't one of our United States vote in a tranny to office during this last election (can't recall where or who, sorry!)? That's what it takes, little inroads like that, and before you know it...

I think it would be a WONDERFUL turning point in the USA. To teach tolerance and acceptance. And believe it or not I am sure we have already had gay president before. They were just keeping it under wraps..
