You might want to view your history to see if it's been recently wiped or has porn sites on it...and then delete your cookies (that's how they track you to send ads) go to Tools, Internet Options, Delete Cookies and Delete Offline Files.
If it's email, mark each one as spam and then change your mail settings to have yahoo delete all bulk mail as it comes in.

Are these sexually explicit Emails? If this is the case, you can block them with an anti-spam program. If it is from a particular address or addresses, you might be able to block them at the source somehow.

If it is advertisements for porn or porn web sites, then someone is using your computer to view porn. If it is coming in via email, then it may be random selection or someone you know. Try to block the email.
