I wouldn't just blurt it out, since she's in a relationship. You could send out "feelers", letting her know you are interested, but since she's involved with someone for 3 yrs, she may chose to ignore or set your feelings aside. Just because you have strong feelings for someone, doesn't mean you should be inappropriate with them. Beside, even if she dumped her present gf, to be with you, would you really want that? If she's that flighty, what goes around comes around and the same thing could happen to you one day.

Is she additionally a lesbian? If she's in a relationship with a guy, that's an argument, and you will likely lose your friendship. If she's in a relationship with another woman, then you definately ought to verify no depend if that's attainable.

Is she happy in her relationship? Do you know if she liked you? If she was happy in her relationship then don't say anything, but go for it if she is not happy, let her make the decision if she is happy or not.

Tell her you're interested in her, but value your friendship first, and that you're willing to wait until she is available again.
