I am split on this. I think it would be good because if you bring a non-member, they can hear many testimonies. At the same time it's bad because, unless described what is happening and that it doesn't happen every week, they might think that is what happens all the time.

When I first started coming, it was on fast and testimony, and I was like........ugh, why do they all just keep talking? No one had explained to me prior what would be happening.

It's not that hard to understand.

Self-replicators exist and occasionally make "mistakes" in replicating themselves called mutations. Usually mutations are harmful but sometimes they can benefit an organism.

Organisms best fit for their environment have a higher chance of surviving and passing along their DNA to the next generation.

So why are people still listening to these Kent Hovind types who think that Evolution = Humans coming from rocks?

What religion does it sound like I am?, I am not a believer of God, and I dont go to church. What I do believe in is earthly things, being animals, nature, colour, crystals, positivity!

I keep seeing people complain about how immigrants should go back to their countries and how they are taking our jobs and things. But what's with all this division in the world? Why can't we allow for people to come and go freely and safely from country to country?

Are they so unimportant that they should not have the right to a good education and a good job to feed their families just because they are from a country which they don't want to live in and can not survive in? It's not their fault if certain things are going wrong in their countries. Sometimes, it's even our fault (well not our, but British government etc) eg wars. So to start wars in a country and then deny people from that country entrance to ours to survive and live a better life is just plain evil.

Are they not part of the human race like the rest of us?

Your views please...

The Second Vatican Council was the 21st Ecumenical Council of the Catholic Church that took place from 1962 to 1965. The documents decreed from this council were mainly over the Liturgy, the nature of the Church, the college of bishops, Scripture, and divine revelation. There were many changes done to the Catholic Church in doctrine and worship after the closing of the council. There were extreme criticisms about the changes and the council itself from traditionalists, those who retained the doctrines and practices, refuting the changes. The aftermath caused confusion with traditional Catholics themselves. Some traditionalists believe that there has not been a valid Pope since 1958 while other traditionalists elect their own Pope. Catholics and non-Catholics, what are your opinions about the Second Vatican Council?
