If I am made by a perfect god in his own image, why am I not perfect?

so again..to be PERFECT again.
eat and drink the living words of GOD
for man can't live by earthly food
but LIVE by the words that come out of the mouth of GOD(apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, teachers) filled with the holy spirit of power, of truth and love.
