why the no. 6?

Pastor Fred W. Phelps stated this and my son read it:

"THANK GOD FOR 20000 DEAD SWEDES, WISH IT WERE MORE".

We sincerely hope and pray that all 20,000 Swedes are dead, their bodies bloated on the ground or in mass graves or floating at sea feeding sharks and fishes or in the bellies of thousands of crocodiles washed ashore by tsunamis. These filthy, ****** Swedes have a satanic, draconian law criminalizing Gospel preaching, under which they prosecuted, convicted and sentenced Pastor Ake Green to jail - thereby incurring God's irreversible wrath - Westboro Baptist Church

Now my son doesn't attend church and refuses to pray to God.

He is still a good boy and all but I don't want my son to go to hell when Jesus come.

I don't know what to tell him since we are Swedish people and that pastor is real and really said that.
My son says that if Christian leaders are such ... then that's pretty much the religion.

Some advise please.

english spelling is hard enough for english people, let alone foreigners so do you think that english should adopt a strict new pronounciation based method of spelling? this would almost be impossible with the current english alphabet but if more clear vowel sounds were available and strict letters stood for strict sounds i think it could easily work and be easily adopted by the world's english speaking population. english is 1 incredibly difficult language to learn and then mastering to write it is a whole new challenge. for instance: "th" can make 2 different sounds such as in "the" or "three". "c" can make the sound of either a "k" or an "s" and what's the point of having an "x" because this is just the same as "ks"!! english has more vowel sounds than actual vowels so maybe it could adopt things like accents, circumflexes(hats) and the little dots to make the pronounciation clearer. i reallt think this would work and i would like to hear your views and ideas on it please!!!

1. Pay your taxes too, for these same two reasons. For government workers need to be paid so they can keep on doing God’s work, serving you. Pay everyone whatever he ought to have; pay your taxes and import duties gladly, obey those over you, and give honor and respect to all those who it is due.
-Romans 13:6-7

2."For Christ died for sins once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God. He was put to death in the body but made alive by the Spirit..." -1 Peter 3:18

3. "We also know that law is made not for the righteous but for lawbreakers and rebels, the ungodly and sinful, the unholy and irreligious; for those who kill their fathers or mothers, for murderers, for adulterers and perverts, for slave traders and liars and perjurers--and for whatever else is contrary to the sound doctrine that conforms to the glorious gospel of the blessed God, which he entrusted to me."
Timothy 1:9-11

It is now against most company policies in the customer service field for employees to wish someone Merry Christmas. It is said that if you say this to someone you are forcing your religion on someone. I don't myself see the problem, if someone came to me and said Happy Hanukkah or Happy Kwanzaa, I would tell them thank you and the same to you! Why is it that we have to be so guarded about what we say? Do you agree with this or disagree? Why?

God is tired and rests
Ex 31:17
God is never tired and never rests
Is 40:28

First of all both versus contradict themselves.
If you say that each verse were meant for different events then you are mislead. The key word "never" means that God will and can not be tired and rest in any event or situation. Yet the first verse says God is tired and needs rest.

Secondly, how come the almighty God feel tired?
Is God like a human being that needs rest and feel fatigue?

NOTE:
I have not studied the Bible thoroughly and I will not.
I don't care whether I am taking it out of context or not.
So don't bother giving me those replies.

You Chrisitans know the Bible thoroughly and takes nothing out of context so that is why I am asking you to explain it to me.
If I knew I wouldn't ask now would I?

Please explain what you know without bashing or trying to avoid my question. If you do I consider you cornered.

Let me rephrase: Since you believe that an omniscient, omnipotent God inspired the writings of the OT and the NT, there CANNOT be any fallacies and/or contradictions, because then it means that the whole book might be fallible and therefore not a good basis for a "true" religion.

Is this why you feel the need to smooth out any weird, backward contradictions or paradoxes that can easily be found in many parts of the Bible? Or do you view it as an imperfect historical record written by humans, but generally conveys a true message?

Why would heaven and hell be neccessary when choices have their own natural consequences? Why do humans have a sense of justice when if justice is only supposed to be up to God? If I lived my life perfectly according to the "laws" of God, I don't think any reward could replace the fact that I didn't have my own experience in life, but instead just went along as a puppet. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying bad is good and good is bad. I'm just saying that I seriously doubt that life is a test. I think it's an experience for the sake of experience, and it's about the journey, not the destination.

There is alway constant controversy about Christians stealing Christmas and how they use the day to celebrate Jesus' birth.
I am just wondering if anyone really cares about this...seeing as as individuals we can celebrate the day any day we wish and for whatever reasons we wish.
So tell me do you really care when Christians celebrate Jesus' birth?

Matthew 27

50 Then Jesus shouted out again, and he released his spirit. 51 At that moment the curtain in the sanctuary of the Temple was torn in two, from top to bottom. The earth shook, rocks split apart, 52 and tombs opened. The bodies of many godly men and women who had died were raised from the dead. 53 They left the cemetery after Jesus’ resurrection, went into the holy city of Jerusalem, and appeared to many people.

I have tried to make a statement on these issues raised by several of the questioners, about the sanctity of the Jewish faith and of His word, in the Tanach, called by gentiles the "old testement". Yahoo delited my commets, so I am trying this one last time.
Judaism is a faith based on His word, Oral and written. The New Testement is not part of the Bible as Jews see it.
Reasons are:1.Deu. 4:39 states it well;"Be sure you know and take it to heart that I, the L-rd, am G-d in the heavens above, the earth benieth and in the seas, and there exists none else. (Translations as the KJV has the words wrong}
2.Idolitry is told us, by G-d, to be the worship of anything created, Thus, the pagan idea of a god come to earth to save the day is good for Mighty Mouse, but not for one who belives what He says.
3.As shown by the Tanach, you are as "saved" as we, if you do His will. Here, you may wish to look up the Noahchide
covenant, not distroy His people. Amen!

His breath fills up my lungs- now Im free, Now im free.

Sins has lost its power, death has lost its sting.
From the grave Hes risen VICTORIOUSLY.
Into marvelous light I'm running
Out of darkness out of shame
By the cross He is the Truth, He is the Life, He is the Way.

I love that song- doesnt anyone know whom sings it, or other songs as awesome as it?
