Why would heaven and hell be neccessary when choices have their own natural consequences? Why do humans have a sense of justice when if justice is only supposed to be up to God? If I lived my life perfectly according to the "laws" of God, I don't think any reward could replace the fact that I didn't have my own experience in life, but instead just went along as a puppet. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying bad is good and good is bad. I'm just saying that I seriously doubt that life is a test. I think it's an experience for the sake of experience, and it's about the journey, not the destination.

I believe if you live a good life, you will develop positive love energy. This will bring you closer to Creation and God. This will allow your spirit to evolve from one life to the next. Eventually your spirit will be so advanced in wisdom that you will add to the total consciousness of the Universe. Therefore, you will be a good contribution to all of us.

Those that make mistakes can learn from those mistakes and move forward. The important thing is to evolve from these experiences. Bad choices can be a good teacher in spiritual evolution. The only Hell is the Hell we create for ourselves. But living a righteous life does make the evolution of your spirit go smoother. Being guided by the prime creator has its rewards. You will be closer to the source of life and will realize that everything is connected.

As a Muslim, i've got faith that anybody, consisting of an unbeliever, ought to stay a righteous existence. there are a great style of non-Muslims in the worldwide, lots of whom are very righteous human beings. Likewise, there are a great style of Muslims in the worldwide who're very unrighteous human beings. additionally, people who have not led righteous lives would flow to heaven. in the event that they have accomplished greater solid than undesirable, they might nicely be rewarded with paradise. (occasion: a lifelong criminal on the final 2d does some superb deed like giving his existence for the sake of others. He would nicely be stored) additionally, bear in mind that merely God can choose a man or woman, and that a human's existence is amazingly complicated.

From the christian view, if you become a christian, you can remain saved if you persevere in your faith (ie don't decide its baloney, or go for another faith rejecting Christ's claims but keep believing and develop). However, people who do that but don't bear much fruit will have virtually everything unholy in God's sight in this life burnt out of their character, and will be in heaven with no great reward. They will be very sad indeed at that, as it will appear to them then that they have wasted their life, but at least they will be safe in heaven. There is a *great* reward for those who find God's will for their individual lives and succeed to some degree in it. "Store up for yourselves treasures in heaven."

Hear hear! Living a righteous life is its own reward.

Life is hard enough down here, and doing what we can to help each other out should be more than enough motivation, without supernatual inducements.

Think of God's laws as being written to save you from making bad decisions in life before you have to go through them yourself and then later ask your self why you didn't listen to God's good advice from the start. Life is a test of faith in the One who knows what's good for us better than we know ourselves.

No one merits righteousness, it cannot be earned.

Billy Graham, Ghandi, Hitler, the Pope, all have sinned and have no rights.

Don't be too proud to reach for a life preserver when you're drowning.
God provided a way for all who believe. Its a gift.
Jesus died to make a way to heaven.

Now that's good news!

You have to invite Jesus into your heart.

Jesus MAKES YOUR HEART WANT to do good and live that righteous life.

The destination is EVERYTHING!!

God's 'laws' help you to live an INCREDIBLE, JOYFUL, HAPPY, CONTENTED life.

Why wouldn't you want that?

It is the journey, but NOT if God does not 'rule' your life.
He has a plan for your life and mine.
I LOVE that He is in control, and I go to Him about EVERYTHING --in prayer.
