If so this would reflect very nicely the composition of the natural family. Hope I am being politically correct here.

Jesus is male,
God of Jesus is creator and planner of all genders, there is nobody like Him so He can't be classified as male of female, He is He just because we speak in this way.
Holy spirit is an Angel and hence no gender.

God the Father and Son are not "clearly male", as you put it. God is Spirit, God has no gender. The only reason why we use words like he, Father and Son is to show that God has a personality, that God, is a personal being rather than just being just an it, an impersonal force.
The Father, Son and Spirit are one, with no gender at all, that is a trait of a human being, not of God. God came down to Earth and took on the from of a man, but the Son in his preincarnate state had no gender.

Ok - now that's a really good question. I've never heard it put that way. It's lends credibility to the aspect of female to the Godhead. Good job!

Actually, my bent is that God is already all things male and all things female. God said - "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness.... " which can be taken as the Trinity OR as Himself - 100% male/100% female.
Adam was quite bored all by himself and asked God for a "helper". (actually, help-meet) I believe when God took out the rib from Adam to create Eve, He also took out all things female and put them into the woman. 1/2 of Adam was now gone.
God then set up and designed marriage for us (1 man / 1 woman) to find that "completeness" that is missing in each of us. You will not find the other 1/2 of you without taking in your missing half in marriage.
How's that? .

Jesus compared God to a mother hen who takes care of her chicks under her wings and as a woman looking for her lost coin. The Holy Spirit is often called Sophia which is the feminine part of God. Since God is the best of men and women, it is good theology to call the Holy Spirit, "She."

No. Because it wouldn't make sense. If you're a male, naturally, your spirit would also be that of a male.

That, and when Jesus referred to HIM, He referred to HIM as HE.

John 14:26 -- But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, HE shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

The idiom that reflects the family is Jesus and the faithful, i.e. the bridegroom and the bride, respectively.

There is no reference in the Bible that indicates that the Holy Spirit is female.

Nor is there any biblical reference to a female angel of any kind.

well I don't know if God really has a specific gender but he has chosen to reveal himself as male to us but maybe He's like us how we have both male and female traits.

The apostles creed says , " Conceived by the holy ghost " .
If the ghost is the one who did the dirty work , it would have to be male .
