Irish accent Andrea Corr has the best. Yeah, Irish (southern Irish). Galway, Cork, Limerick. Maybe a light scottish accent too.

A friend of mine kept taking wrong turns while driving in France, so he could often hear the sexy voice of the Sat Nav girl. It took us three hours to get to Luxemburg from Calais.

Well in women, i like well spoken southern english accents, also mild west country accents, weirdly i like german accents, but find french girls sound soppy.
Italian, Spanish and Portuguese accents are cool on girls.
The worst are cockney, mockney, estuary, scouse, french and american!

Brazilian Portuguese...or North Wales' Welsh..not the sing-songy ("Look you, boyo, there's lovely, isn't it"...accent of South Wales that is reminiscent of Gladys on Hi-de-hi.)

The breathey "s" pronunciation of the Galegas (NE Spain) does it for me, and the "ei" and "e" of the Portuguesas.
