I ran into this nice lady a few months ago, and she offered me to live in her house, with a lot of other girls, it was kinda dorm style, she went by the NIV and it was just a tiny church and girls that just roomed together, we did what all churches do, bible studies, sunday service, praise, volunteer at the church..blahblahblah. I thought i was just goin great with the LORD until I realized, she was controlling all the girls in the house, into doing what she wanted us to do, such as believe what SHE said,spend extra hours at the church or do things for the church, and if not, give us a extreme scolding/guilt trip about how "God's watching" and just the way she had all these crazy plans to evangelize people, just very MANIPULATIVE. Anyhow, I'm finally outta there, but I'm doubting like crazy, no matter what people say.... she made everything sound so true, including the parts of the bible that she twisted, I can't even believe the bible and esp not anyone else.

I was thinking that more people might read the bible if it were rewrote in more everyday english, the thou's and beknowest etc are they really needed.

why girls are being raped in USA more than any where, about 300 girls are raped in every 3 minutes, its a modesty, because they saw a girl only for sex purposes, womens are degrade in USA.

when there are so many diverse cultures & religions on the planet? How come all these religions preach worship in idols or gods? Wouldn't this imply that the concept of God existed way before these different civilizations were formed i.e. from the time humans were created (or evolved from apes, whichever way you put it)?

Also, what about some cultures that must have existed back then which did not preach in god or idol worship? It is strange that such non-religious cultures did not exist back then.

what do you identify with if you are of two different races? Iam half black and half white and I identify with black because my mom taught me that, because when in public places no one will ever say I'm white of course but Iam obviously black to people when they see me, and the fact that people can be very racists at times. I hate it when people meet my mom and say "thats your mom"? Like she can't be because she is white. lol. people are funny at times.

My first memory in life is when I was 3 years old, i was at my aunts house, she was having a big party and it was dark, i remember feeling scared and crying for my mother,, my mom picked me up and everyone including my aunt was lauging on the top of their lungs, my aunt said "WOW You shouldnt have picked her up, shes 3 too old and your babying her"
I remember feeling awful..
Then when my aunt used to drive to our neighborhood, shed start laughing out loud and making fun of our neighborhood, (we lived in a lower income area of the city shes from an affluent area)she say ""like "HAHAH OMG look at these shops, Johns Fried Chicken,HAHA do you eat there"? or "OMG I SEE A WHITE PERSON"" "OMG look how filthy the streets are,, OMG Joses Pizza, HAHAHAHAHA"

It took a major toll on my self esteem.. Then everytime id go to her house shed say "DONT YOU WANT TO LIVE HERE"?
Also when i was 7 yrs old i was chubby, she made me get on a scale in front of the whole family, they all laughed and called me
