if you could put 3 laws into effect, or take three laws out of effect, what would you choose? it could be anything. just curious.

I've always called the mexican sweet breads "pan de dulce" but I was wondering where the "de" comes from. Do you say "pan dulce" or "pan de dulce"? Do you laugh at someone who say's pan de dulce or is that cool?

many people say that Jesus was prophecied in the old testament.

most of the prophecys they offer, are not prophecys at all, but simply half-sentences taken out of context, or references that don't really refer to jesus unless your prejudiced towards that meaning.

but heres a verse that actually does describe jesus...

Deuteronomy 13:2-6:
2 If there arise in the midst of thee a prophet, or a dreamer of dreams--and he give thee a sign or a wonder,
3 and the sign or the wonder come to pass, whereof he spoke unto thee--saying: 'Let us go after other gods, which thou hast not known, and let us serve them';
4 thou shalt not hearken unto the words of that prophet, or unto that dreamer of dreams; for HaShem your G-d putteth you to proof, to know whether ye do love HaShem your G-d with all your heart and with all your soul.

Is your experience that the differences cause a great disagreement between you and your spouse?Or do you find that it's something that brings you together rather than separate you?

And if you were married to someone of a different faith but later divorced;was the difference in faith the reason or one of the primary reasons for the divorce?

Why do you think Christians jump in on questions that are directed at pagans, witches, Wiccans, heathens and other "non-believers"? All they do is C&P Bible verses at us telling us we're going to hell for not believing in Jesus and God and yet complain if we answer their questions by saying their God doesn't exist. Fair?

....from choosing a leader of their faith. I vote for the person and their ability to lead, not basing how they'll do it because of their religion . By the way , be honest with yourself ,quick , what was A. Lincoln's religion ? Didn't know did you !!! He was the the best President the USA has ever had and didn't have to defend HIS faith .

OK HERES THE STORY- i know i posted this on my other username but i have another question to ask now...the other night i went to my friend's birthday party.she and everyone else there including this guy go to a different school than me.the guy there said he wouldn't mind making a move on me then later he put his hand on my leg.then he added my myspace and wanted to talk to me on aim. so he IMed me and we were talkign and he was acting really strange and he said tell me about yourself. what makes you you? etc. and i told him im really confused what do you want me to tell u? and later asked me for my photobucket password and login info..and i said no why do you want that? and hes like well you can tell alot about someone by their pictures. i said no.

Can you make a connection to this verse in Matthew 25:7-9
Then all those virgins arose and trimmed their own lamps

And the foolish said to the prudent, Give us some of your oil for our lamps are going out.

But the prudent answered saying, Prehaps there will not be enough for us and for you, go rather to those who sell and buy for yourselves.

These sons of Oil.. Moses and Elijah have an important part to play during the great tribulation.

Hi, I am 14 years old and I am an unbaptized publisher of the good news and in the organization of Jehovah's Witnesses.

I have notcied that there are many teenagers that are always getting in big trouble and ruin their lives. Sad to say though, there is only ONE religon I can think of that has some religious God fearing adolescent members.
I am not trying to offend anyone by this question.

My Question is..how many teenagers today actually take religion seriously and stay religious throughout their entire lives?

so I guess I dont really have a strong testemony, so I would pray to ask if god really exists, no answer to my prayer. I prayed so many times, with no feeling or nothing. What could this be? I'm healthy, normal, Im not on any meds or nothing just normal, I read scribtures and engaged my mind before too so what am I doing wrong? why no answers to my prayers? Is there not god? For starters if God had a message to deliver why not choosing China to deliver it? It would have spread to many more millions of people more rapidly. Or why not send multiple prophets simultaneously to all ethnic groups?
