scientists are on the verge of creating life in a lab on the cellular level. if successful, we could potentially see human-like organisms evolve from these cells. my question is this. what moral obligations would theists have to protect these organisms, should this possibility become a reality? in other words, assuming a life was created that had nearly all the characteristics of a human would you have any moral objections to this life being used for scientific research against its will?

I've been dangerously cut off by a couple SUV/Cellphone combos lately. Oddly it's never small-car driving cell phone users, and the incident generally involves me slamming the breaks while the enormous SUV driver moves on and continues their conversation obliviously.

Just sit back and digest the immoral life they spout..

Nothing wrong with Pornography, Prostitution (Tell that to all the families of the women Ted Bundy killed with his Porn Addiction)
Nothing wrong with people who choose to engage in same sex activity and want to call it marraige and people who have babies out of wedlock
Nothing wrong with 12 yr olds taking birth control
Nothing wrong with people who don't want to take responsibility for there life let the Government take care of them will pay for it
No need to have religious symbols that represent the History of the Country or the holidays we celebrate
Nothing wrong with kids not having to obey and learn the ten Commandments let them be raised by parents who are not equipped will just put in more metal school detectors, build more dentention centers..

You don't have to live by GOD's laws but who are you to say we should change laws to reflect your lifestyle and beliefs?

am a white female dating a black male and often get told by others its wrong need help
I am 21 and every day older I get I find it harder to cope with the ignorance of the people in this world. So I am dating a man that is darker than me who gives a darn. Whenever we go out we get awful looks and people will make rude comments. I even found out that a friend of mine finds it offensive that we are dating and she is a black female. Why is it such a big deal and how do I overcome and deal with this. He says he is used to it but I am not and having a hard time biting my tounge. Everytime someone comments on it being rude or wrong I lash out at them. Its causing me alot of stress and I just need advice on how to handle it.

Hubby had been doing the veg for dinner. He likes to do them, on a board ,in the front room while watching TV. Goes back and forth from kitchen to living room with prepared veg in various saucepans. All of a sudden "I've lost my knife"
Major brain damage! We searched the kitchen, the front room, The bin outside (because he had recycled something)
the bathroom (I even looked down the toilet). We searched the couch where he had been sitting and he even said I know I am going to stab myself at some point.
Well, luckily he didn't but he found them in the back pocket of his jeans! Was this a lapse, a senior moment or should I keep a close eye on him in the future?
